RSCM Sussex Area Bronze & Silver Awards, 2010

In common with all RSCM Areas in the UK, we are now offering assessment and awards for singers of all ages, at Bronze and Silver standard of the RSCM Voice for Life training scheme. Our syllabuses and examiners are RSCM validated.

RSCM Sussex Area Bronze & Silver Award examinations will take place on the following Saturdays:

  > 1, 22, 29 May entry deadline: 31 March
  > 2, 9, 23 October entry deadline: 31 August

The venues will be:

  > St Wilfrid's Church, Bognor Regis
  > St Peter's Community Centre, Old Town, Bexhill-on-Sea
  > All Saints' Church, Crowborough
  > Rye Methodist Church

Locations, subject to availability, will be timetabled to give the most convenient access to the majority of candidates.

The RSCM Gold Award is now available for singers of all ages who have achieved a good pass at a validated Silver standard examination or have relevant wide choral experience at a similar standard. Entry deadlines are 1 May (for the summer session) and 1 October (for the autumn session) each year. Bishop's and Dean's Awards for singers up to the age of 18 are administered by the Chichester Diocesan Chorister Awards Scheme, but are not validated by the RSCM.
